We offer both temporary and permanent staffing solutions alongside training in a variety of sectors throughout the UK. We are able to offer a one off charge, or either an hourly or daily rate to meet any specific requirement or sector. We only supply candidates that we have personally met and have gone through or rigorous compliance checks, all of which will be sent to you via email before their arrival for work alongside our “Code of Conduct” which will display the agreed start and end times of their assignments as agreed with the client themselves.
We expect the candidates to be understanding and respectful to any of our client’s cultural beliefs and values whilst on assignment.

Thank you for choosing Theory Recruitment as your recruitment agency. At Theory Recruitment our aim is to provide a role that suits all of your needs and suitability’s. Upon inviting you in to the office you will be asked for the following original documents:Below is a list of documents/items you will need to bring with you to your registration:
Passport or birth certificate
2 x proofs of address (utility bills/bank statements - must be less than 3 months old)
Proof of National Insurance Number (card/ payslip/ P60 etc.)
DFES number (if applicable)
Qualification (most recent if still studying or are about to graduate)
Most recent DBS check or proof of one that has been obtained plus Update Service details (Original copy must be seen)
Overseas Police Check if worked abroad for longer than 3 months
P45 (if no P45 please complete a P46)
2 passport sized photos
Potential payment of DBS
Proof of pay scale
2 years’ worth of reference details including one from your current or previous employer
AWR LinkThe Regulations give agency workers the same access to certain facilities provided by the hirer and information on job vacancies. The test relates to what comparable workers and employees receive and the agency worker is entitled from the first day of their assignment (so not after 12 weeks).
